Dr. Terence O'Neill Dr. Terence O'Neill was born in Boston, Massachusetts and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Duke University and his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. Dr. O'Neill completed his Internship and Residency at the University of Kentucky and became Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1995. He joined Internal Medicine Associates in 1993. Dr. O'Neill enjoys participating in triathlons, long distance marathons and sky diving. Back
