January 2009
Happy New Year's to everyone! As 2009 begins,
we all need to try our best to stay positive and to commit to
some meaningful resolutions for the year to come. You are not
alone if life has been difficult, but we all need to focus on
moving forward and looking towards a brighter future. It is
also imperative that we protect our health. This
includes getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and
eating right. Healthy Weight Week is found in the month of
January. Make an appointment with one of our doctors to
update your annual physical exam and to discuss your plan to
have a healthy 2009! It is also not too late to update your
flu vaccine!
