Dr. Ewa Bak Dr. Ewa Bak was born and raised in Oil City, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Science from the University of Notre Dame and received her medical degree from Karol Karcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland where she also served as Medical Sports Trainer. Dr. Bak completed her Internship and Residency at the University of Kentucky. She joined Internal Medicine Associates in 2002 and became Board Certified in Internal Medicine that same year. Dr. Bak is fluent in Polish, has a basic knowledge of Russian, enjoys sports and is an accomplished pianist. Back
