the age of fourteen. One of our physicians is certified in
Rheumatology -- the treatment of musculoskeletal and joint diseases.

Jeannie Moberly,
our office manager, oversees our
nurses, bookkeepers, insurance department, receptionists, patient
referral coordinators, and medical records team. We encourage you to
get to know them all on a first name basis -- they are anxious to
serve you!
Office Hours and
Appointments ...
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday thru Friday, during which time we see patients by appointment.
Walk-ins can be accommodated based on the availability of our
schedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us
as soon as possible so we may utilize that time to see other patients.
It may be necessary to ask late arrivals to reschedule. We are happy
to provide blood pressure checks, however, please call ahead and ask
our nurses to schedule a time when we can assure you as short a wait
as possible. Please attempt to arrive for immunizations and allergy
injections prior to 4:00 p.m. so that our staff can retrieve your
chart generate the appropriate paperwork and administer your care
prior to our scheduled office closing time of 5:00 p.m. Pre-
authorization requests for prescription medications should be
requested at the time of your scheduled appointment, mailed, or faxed
to the attention of our nursing department. Please note turn-around
time may take 48-72 hours. Test results should be discussed during a
scheduled office visit, or at the direction of your health care
provider, via the telephone rather than dropping to obtain results. |
