As the weather gets hotter
and the sun gets stronger, please ensure that you use
sunscreen to protect your skin. Also make sure that you are
safe when travelling by wearing your seat belts, wearing life
jackets while boating, and using good water safety while at
the beach or the lake.
June 15-21 is National
Men’s Health Week. Take this opportunity to schedule a
physical if you are overdue. Discuss with doctor when and how
often you should get routine screening tests, such as blood
work, prostate screening, colonoscopies, bone density scans,
as well as routine adult vaccinations.
